The reason we chose Lemus was because of Edear, the project manager and owner. Edear is a very kind and knowledgeable person that paid very close attention to not only our design needs, but also to our budget. Before our project started, Edear came out to our home not once, but four times to make sure we fully understood what was going to happen. During the project we changed our minds with a few of the options. Edear was quick to address the issue and make changes without any issues. The crews at Lemus Construction are in fact artisan craftsmen who are specialist in custom carpentry and wood work. Their tile work however is at even a higher level then thier carpentry as they perform “Michelangelo” level tile work. They can perform projects over and under $100,000.00 dollars while meeting and sticking to critical time lines yet being flexible to construction dates if needed. Their in House Designer Ms. Jennifer is excellent and very creative. Their project coordination and attention to the details of construction right down to the configuration of an material orders make them a solid construction company to use; they are that good!

Edear from the first meeting and consultation was great. I told him my wants and he told me what could be done,as well as the time frame which him and his crew were always on time.

Jennifer was also very helpful and a great addition to my experience with Lemus. From helping me choose the right appliances and fixtures etc. for the projects. Excellent! The old deck structure was good, but Lemus added new additional structure where they thought necessary, then Azek decking with no visible holes. Finally great railing and two sets of steps. Looks wonderful, and should last a really long time.
